Here’s a sample look at what Lisa eats during her week/day! There will be more to come soon!
Today’s Lunch: Spinach Salad, 2 Egg Whites, 1/2 Avocado, Onion, Cucumber, Pecans, Baby Tomato’s & Mandarins.
Great “snack” Greek Yogourt! Fills you up and high in Protein :) 18 Grams of Protein, 6 Grams of Carbs, 5 Sugars-100 Calories Per Serving! I added Blueberries.
